Appointed to head up a project delivering a HNW/Private Clients model whilst establishing the level of interest for such products and services within the existing distribution model. Working with the sales team, senior management and the key personnel within the business partnership network created a pathway for the delivery of a robust and compelling HNW Private Clients solution by implementing and imbedding high end products and services via some of the UK's largest IFA networks and mortgage clubs.From the creation of high quality B2C/B2B marketing literature along with guiding business partners through achievable marketing strategies produced a first-class operating model delivering cutting edge private client’s model for the chosen market.Undertook insurer due diligence, product and process reviews to ensure they were fit for purpose and built a comprehensive MI suite to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.Through these improvements we started to see an increase in HNW/UHNW and associated commercial enquiries delivering benefit to the business whist additionally creating stronger and more robust partner relationships.After a lengthy nationwide roadshow promoting the service to over 350 IFAs across two of the UK's largest mortgage clubs. It became apparent that appetite for HNW products was not as high as initially believed and whilst a volume of business would continue, it would never achieve the level that would warrant the additional investment required.
