With over seven years of research and work experience in biosensor research and development, I am passionate about creating innovative solutions for health challenges. My mission is to apply my expertise in electrochemical biosensors to better understand and improve the medical landscape for chronic illnesses such as Parkinson's disease and Metabolic disease. I am currently pursuing my PhD at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill under the supervision of Dr. Sode, an expert in the field of biosensor technology.As part of my PhD program, I have been selected as a National Science Foundation I-Corps Team Innovator, working with a multidisciplinary team of mentors, instructors, and peers to validate the market potential and customer needs for our biosensor technology. Through this program, I have gained valuable skills in use case development, data analysis, customer discovery, and business model development. I also have multiple publications and patents in the field of electrochemical biosensor, using a variety of techniques.
