• Designed and deployed EXTJS widgets within the Ozone Widget Framework (OWF) in a service-oriented architecture for the National Time Sensitive Support To Information Operations (NTSS2IO) system used for the analysis of Signal Intelligence formatted messages. NTSS2IO is hosted in the Fleet Information Operations Center (FIOC) Network Computing Environment (NCE) Ozone Widget Framework for the Navy Cyber Warfare Development Group and Commander 10th Fleet. The widgets developed provided situation awareness, database monitoring, one-click email, tailored feed subscription and other added features and improvements. Responsible for executing all NTSS2IO verification system testing, maintained a product improvement matrix, and provided updates to the user manual and test plan. • Assisted in the maintenance of the Klieglight Reporting Metrics (KLRM) software and database installed at the Naval Information Operations Center (NIOC) and Maritime Cryptologic Database Facility (MCDF) at Fort Mead, MD.

• Provided system engineering and software test support for the SUN Workstation-based Off-Line Processor (OLP) of the Surveillance Towed Array System with Low Frequency Active (SURTASS LFA) system for SPAWAR. Developed signal processing models in MATLAB for Time Series and Spectral Analysis of hydrophone and beam data, matched filter and CW process¬ing, detection and normalization, and threshold crossing analysis. Tested the X-View interface software, analysis software written in C and PV-WAVE, and signal processing routines written for the CSPI Supercard 2 Array processor. Participated in LFA/OLP at-sea testing aboard the Cory Chouest during Critical Sea Test (CST) 7 (North Pacific) and CST 8 (Mediterranean Sea).

• Applied computer and mathematics skills to the analysis of detection and system performance parameters for TOMAHAWK and other Over-The-Horizon-Targeting systems. Developed software to optimally position ELINT satellites in multi-satellite configurations. Developed software to produce cartographic projections using a database of global coastline latitudes and longitudes; iso-gram contours of satellite revisit and coverage statistics were plotted on these projections.
