I have a passion for modernizing complex systems and simplifying procedures to optimize company resources. I've developed proficient skills in Quickbooks, Sharepoint, Active Directory, Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office365 suite while reporting to CEOs and Directors of Operations for the last ten years. For the last 5+ years with Wiley/J&J Editorial, I've been managing a hybrid and remote office of over 200 employees. I perform all invoicing (manual and automated), manage our time-tracking system, In this role I've also been responsible for onboarding, system configuration, first-line IT support, and daily operational duties.Before relocating to the Raleigh area, I implemented and supervised the Digital Archives department and Professional Crisis Management, a company that certifies individuals to prevent, manage, and de-escalate crisis behavior. I implemented and supervised the Digital Archives department, responsible for cataloging over 20,000 practitioner records, while supervising the Materials department, distributing testing materials for all orders (nationally and internationally). I was also responsible for accounts payable and receivable, daily bookkeeping and invoicing, and daily operational duties.I reported to the owner of Anonymous Guitars before working with Professional Crisis Management. At Anonymous Guitars, I managed a live music venue, assisted in instrument construction & repair, and recorded various musical acts playing in our live venue. I hosted live events featuring nationally- and regionally-touring bands, as well as local teenagers and students participating in the School of Rock program.While attending Full Sail University, earning a Bachelor's of Science in Recording Arts, I composed, recorded, and mixed a news theme for the University of Utah, and was awarded the Director's Award in Session Recording.
