Current• Supporting the QHSE Manager in maintaining the BMS in accordance with statutory rules, Fugro and industry standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS 18001 and AS/NZS 4801• Assisting in external audits and conducting internal audits • Perform incident investigations • Identify QHSE problems and monitor corrective actions that are defined and implemented • Ensure that applicable legislation, rules, regulations and industry standards are registered and … Show more • Supporting the QHSE Manager in maintaining the BMS in accordance with statutory rules, Fugro and industry standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BS 18001 and AS/NZS 4801• Assisting in external audits and conducting internal audits • Perform incident investigations • Identify QHSE problems and monitor corrective actions that are defined and implemented • Ensure that applicable legislation, rules, regulations and industry standards are registered and distributed• Ensure that all relevant management system documentation is made available to employees • Works with the Management and Project Managers in the verification of QHSE conformance• Conduct and participate in QHSE meetings • GroSAFE Champion (Reinforced Based Safety) • Keeps the Company informed of their QHSE obligations • Contributes to the QHSE awareness of all employees and subcontractors. • Advises and supports the Company and clients on QHSE issues • Keeps up to date with the latest developments in QHSE standards and legislation. • Guides, schedules and assists in QHSE training and inductions. • Assist the Offshore / Workshop Manager to implement, monitor and ensure compliance with the BMS and project specific procedures• Work with all parties to improve the HSE culture and performance on projects • Develop project H&S contract specifications, evaluation and award process for a range of contractors and offshore service providers.• Develop audit templates to suit various locations and applications.• Carry out HAZID development and facilitation and presentation to the company and to senior client managers.• Integral part of the team that developed and implemented a behaviour-based culture program. • Maintenance of company ISO accreditation.
