I am a Junior at Miami University's Farmer School of Business, focusing on Finance while nurturing a passion for both the finance and marketing fields.My experience at Riverside Bank of Dublin sharpened my analytical and organizational skills while allowing me to gain a valuable understanding of financial statements and loan documents. This role furthered my passion for the industry and provided me with the necessary skills I plan to utilize in my future endeavors.Further, my time at Woda Cooper Companies as a Development Intern provided me with invaluable knowledge of the world of real estate development along with an array of both universal and industry-specific skills. Throughout the summer, I was given a wholistic view and able to participate in the entire development process, from the selection of the site to the comprehensive application to the state housing agency for rental housing tax credits. Additionally, I was able to see first-hand the impact that this work has on the communities that Woda Cooper serves. Due to the extensive requirements of the tax credit applications, I was able to strongly enhance my attention to detail and communication skills. At Miami University, I am actively engaged in various student organizations. Currently, I serve on the executive team for the Miami University Student Foundation. In my role as Executive Chair, I oversee the entire organization, facilitate our meetings and assist in the planning of our major events. This position has allowed me to refine my management and leadership abilities that I continue to leverage throughout my other responsibilities.
