Employed with NRMA Insurance from 1988 to 1992 working in human resources, underwriting and then motor and home insurance and claims.Gained employment with MLC Insurance in 1992 before changing to property insurance assessing with LAC Loss Adjusting for two years, working in both Sydney and Canberra. Employed by GAB Robins (now Cunningham Lindsey) in 1997, working from the Gold Coast office for nineteen years before leaving and starting up my own company, S.E.Q Loss Adjusting.The company has two full time support staff and assesses strata, small to medium commercial and high end residential claims throughout NSW Northern Rivers, Gold Coast and Brisbane
