- Organize the design and development of Long Term Care Facilites, Hospitals and other capital construction projects for the Ministry of Health. - Work with a variety of contract delivery methodologies including P3, IPD, Construction Management, Design Build, and Design Bid Build. - Oversee Lean processes, working with all stakeholders through Design Development, 3Ps and RPIWs.- Oversee RFPs, Design Development Reports, bid documents, tenders, and review all construction documents, including tender documents, price requests, change orders, site instructions, meeting minutes, payments, substantial performance and release of holdback.- Working with Consultants and General Contractors to complete renovation and construction projects on time and within budget.

- Perform portfolio inspections of the provinces low income and senior housing.- Make recommendations for improvements to buildings to prevent deterioration and to repair deficiencies.- Assist local Housing Authorities in budgeting for the repair of noted deficiencies.- Use AutoCAD to prepare drawings for tendering processes.- Administer construction documents for renovation and repair work to the housing portfolio.

- Perform loss prevention inspections concentrating on building deficiencies that could cause injury, loss of life or loss of property. - Make recommendations for improvements to buildings to prevent deterioration and to repair deficiencies.- Use the National Building Code and other relevant standards to ensure building estimates reflect the cost of current code requirements.- Maintain good relationships with insurance brokers, administrators and the general public.- Estimate the replacement cost of existing buildings including rinks, town halls, water treatment plants, sewage lift stations, and town offices.

- Draft residential blueprints for foreign and domestic markets.- Cost estimating experience for residential housing projects.- Material takeoffs for product ordering and delivering.
