CurrentSessions can range from 30 minutes to 150 minutes. Price is: $110/hour for in the studio or $200/hour at your location.By Appointment Only.Looking to get out of pain? For your first session you can expect that we will go through an evaluation of body mechanics, posture, and isolating where your pain is coming from before treatment. Following the massage and bodywork we will discuss what to do next to continue to reduce the pain and hopefully completely get out of pain. This may include a couple exercises and stretches to perform at home in order to further help your body heal from injury and get out of pain. We will also discuss a treatment plan if that is appropriate for your needs.Looking for a simple relaxation massage? For your first session we will have a very short consult before the session to determine your preferences in pressure and if you would like a focus anywhere in particular (neck, shoulders, back, etc.) - Following the short consult you can close your eyes, lay down on a heated massage table and relax to your favorite music.Sports event? I perform pre-event and post-event sports massages to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. These can be done either on location at your event or at the massage studio.
