CurrentLeadership/Operational Responsibilities:- Supported all KSE Administrative offices including the Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Mammoth, Colorado Rapids, Paramount Theater and Altitude Sports Entertainment- Collaborated with IT Director and all Department Heads regarding planning and strategies of all upcoming events and recommends improvements and solutions- Manage four employees and three subcontractors working as needed, during business hours, game days, concerts and revenue-generating events- Responsible for the reconciliation and approval of all Telecom billingProject Management/Implementation Responsibilities:- Designed and implemented voice communications for events including: NHL All-Star Game 2001, Stanley Cup 2001, City Lights Pavilion 2001-2006, Denver Grand Prix 2001-2006, NBA All-Star Game 2005, National Lacrosse League All-Star Game 2006- Partnered with Qwest and the DNCC (Democratic National Convention Committee) to implement the Network Operation System, Cisco VOIP systems and cabling installations for the 2008 DNC held at the Pepsi Center- Deployed Avaya Aura VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) technology for 1200 users at Pepsi Center Arena, Altitude Sports Entertainment, Paramount Theater and Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in 2016- Implemented all voice related circuitry (T-1, Analog, ISDN, DSL, and DS3) over the Comcast high-speed fiber network in 2016- Implemented Avaya Call Center application including call monitoring systems and speech analytics in 2018- Programmed and maintain all Avaya Call Centers that handle ticketing for concerts and sporting events- Programmed and maintain all call accounting databases at Pepsi Center and Dick Sporting Goods Park- Maintained all Avaya telecom equipment and perform all (MAC) Moves, Adds, and Changes
