Work directly with the Area and Regional Managers to identify Director & Teacher level talent to fill critical positions across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and the Northern Territory. Maintain High level knowledge of Early Childhood sector, Goodstart as an organisation (Employee Value Proposition) to promote Goodstart as an employer of choice to candidates through recruitment process. ● Managed 40+ hiring managers and 35-40 open requisitions at a given time. ● Developed talent pools using contemporary talent acquisition methods and manage these using proactive and structured communication practices. ● Applied talent and workforce expertise and creative problem solving to assist hiring manager in developing strategies for hard to fill roles and vacancies. ● Build and sustained relationships with customer service focus with candidates, hiring managers and employees to establish and maintain internal and external talent pools. ● Developed expert knowledge of the competencies, behaviours and expectations for each role being recruited and able to assess if candidates are the right person for the role and if not, determine where a candidate may be best suited. ● Sourced candidates via job fairs, social media, e-mail campaigns, etc. ● Developed and maintained relationships with Universities, TAFEs and RTOs supplying the early childhood education and care qualifications approved by ACECQA to create talent pool.
