Tracking and planning of national and international projects. Managing and coordinating all aspects of the projects, from initial planning and resource allocation to execution and final delivery. Responsibilities include scheduling, budget management, risk assessment, and ensuring that all project milestones are met. Additionally, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Management of the planning and procurement of raw materials, overseeing inventory to align with company needs to enhance production and distribution. Responsibilities included monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries, analyzing production schedules and sales forecasts for accurate demand forecasting, and identifying cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing. Ensured quality control of incoming materials, continuously improved planning and procurement processes to reduce lead times, and maintained accurate records and reports on inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
