Ultimately responsible for the services the internal and external engineers and the repairer networks provided with my direct reports being the Engineering Team Manager and the Networks Manager. My role involved always looking to ensure that our service offerings in both areas met the ever changing requirements of our clients and ensuring that we always had a good balance between improving efficiencies but maintaining a quality service. More recently I was responsible for the formation of the Bus and Coach Network as well as the Express and Mobile Repair Networks both of which I worked very closely with the Network Manager on building and rolling out.
