Obtaining enough information from clients to build a sales case and move them on to the next step of our application process.My role involves building and excellent rapport with our clients by being honest, straight-talking and the understanding of rural businesses and the rural way of life. I have to have great organisation skill as part of my role involves liaising with rural agents nationwide and our regional area manager to ensure a smooth running process for the client.
