Responsible for performing administrative duties on vendor purchased application modules setting up new users with application functionality, and resolving work flow issues. Install, upgrade and backup software applications. Monitors network server utilization. Provides technical support to end users, answers questions and perform training sessions for the Network Support team as needed. Maintains activity logs and pro-actively monitor applications for efficiencies. Notifies management of significant problems and recurring errors in software applications.

Maintains computing environment by identifying network requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring network performance.Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor.I also provide support on many programs used by different departments. Provide Network Support for Georgia United Credit Union. Setup networks, and fix/repair network connections. I also provide support on many programs used by different departments. I.E. Teammate, Proglogue, Mobile Device Support (AirWatch Certified), Quest/Symitar, SEG Mananger, Barracuda, etc.

Provides first level support for both hardware and software technology problemsIn charge of ATM support.
