As Learning Technology Director and partner, I am responsible for leading the strategic implementation, customization, creation of plugins, and support of our clients' Learning Management Systems (LMS).I'm passionate about using technology to enhance learning and development, and very excited to join a team that is at the forefront of this industry. In this role, I'll be leading our team to deliver a strategic approach to our clients’ projects through learning technology expert consultancy best practices, and ensuring standardized processes for the strategic implementation, customization and support of Learning Management Systems (LMS). In addition to the technology, collectively we are aiming to become our clients’ digital ally for learning with the creation of interactive course content, production of multimedia content to support learning formats, and to do so in various languages.

As a Learning Technology Consultant my major responsibilities and day to day operations consist of:* Being 100 % responsible for the deployment of the e-Learning projects assigned to me, and managing such projects in terms of quality, scope, schedule and profitability.* Constantly communicating with stakeholders to build trust and continuously improve relationship over time while providing status updates, presenting new features and planning as well as hosting steering committee meetings.* Custom design of Communication Campaign plans for each solution in a way that meets the needs of our Clients' learning community.* Facilitating change management and empowerment programs via our Academy training events for clients, partners or project managers all around our territory.* Carrying out needs and technical constraints analysis of our client's requirements, architectures, networks, security policies, workstations, and potential roadblocks for project's success.* Managing in collaboration of the US Deployment team the implementation of an e-Learning chosen solution, including content curation, LMS tool installation, configuration, design and setup as well as cross-platform integrations with external systems for allowing data exchange.* Participating as key contributor in the pre-sales cycle to carry-out demonstrations, respond to RFPs, coordinate creation of Proof of concept environments, and expectation alignment on new business opportunities.* Delivering consultation and empowerment sessions to clients in relation to LMS, LCMS and authoring tool technologies, and integration services. Additionally, providing the needed support on project phase topics such as SCORM, AICC, xAPI, SharePoint & web-services utilization.* Collaborating with global teams integrated into the projects in order to coordinate feasibility studies, providing estimates, project planning, execution, launch, and support and maintenance throughout operational stage.

• Leading a team of Project Managers, Software Developers, Programmers and Designers to fulfill requirements and needs from US and Worldwide clients. (LMS Consulting and implementation, integrations with CRMs and Ecommerce, Hosting and Server Administration, Application of SEO, website design, and back end maintenance and improvements)• Ensuring hiring of appropriate and qualified personnel in order to make projects and ideas a reality. • Verifying the quality and functioning of projects by setting standards and processes for thorough testing of software based on the different requirements.• Keeping a clear record of accounting, charges and auditing contractors’ time worked and specially making sure all company services are paid for every task involved in the development of projects.• Training of project managers regarding internal procedures, technology demos and guiding through software usage and proper Project Management methodologies. • Generating and implementing new and efficient ideas to guarantee the best results on every project.
