The owners of a new Chili's in Anchorage AK asked me to help their new restaurant open over the summer by training their entirely new staff for success.

After three months as a Tire Technician I was offered full time employment with full benefits and stock options, but I turned to position down to finish my education. At discount tire I up sold the best tires for customer needs and budget, while excelling in developing customer report. Also burned some rubber with speed of service during tire installation.

At Mattress Firm I managed three different locations in presentation, local advertising, sales, cash drawer balancing, bank deposits, and employee task management. I was awarded manager of the month three times in the central DFW market. In my third month of management I hit the monthly sales target for a store that had not made its target in over a year during my first month managing that location.
