The structures consisted of steel framing, metal wall panels, metal roof panels, thermal design simple saver insulation systems, thermal design autoceil, mezzanines, and overhead crane supports.

Located at 5100 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46224. The Allison Transmission Innovation Center project consists of a 8 acres of site work and a new four story core & shell building with a total of 120,000 square feet. Structure consists of steel framing and concrete slab. Exterior enclosure consists of metal panels, limestone panels, brick masonry veneer, curtain wall, storefront, and TPO Roofing. Additional scope of work included fireproofing, (1) elevator, boring of new water line, installing MEP connections into building, and installation of exterior light fixtures.

Located at 4012 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77027. The Apple Highland Village Renovation encompassed more than 13,000 square feet of new sales floor, new back of house storage room, new restrooms, new staff offices, a new break room, and a new conference room. Scope of work included installation of new partitions, ceilings, custom stone floor tile, custom stone wall panels, custom sales fixtures, custom freestanding video wall, and related HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work.

Located at 411 W Tipton St, Seymour, IN 47274. The Schneck Medical Center ICU/MAACU/OR Renovation encompassed more than 21,000 square feet of a new Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Moderate Acute Adult Care Unit (MAACU), and state of the art Operating Room.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

Located at 1500 North Ritter Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46219. The Community Hospital East Dietary Renovation encompassed more than 12,000 square feet of kitchen space, a new ware wash room, new staff offices, and an addition of a new coffee bar. Customized trailers outfitted with the necessary culinary equipment were produced to provide the hospital with a fully functional temporary kitchen, preventing any interruption to hospital food service. The temporary kitchen was connected to the main hospital building by constructing a fully enclosed walkway completed with interior finishes. Aside from a short-term reduction in seating to accommodate construction of the coffee bar, the project had little to no impact on patients, staff or visitors utilizing cafeteria services.

Fishers, Indiana

Located at 11400 IKEA Way, Fishers, IN 46037. Project consists of a new 289,000sf IKEA Home Furnishing Store including two main shopping areas, a warehouse, a restaurant, a bistro area, administration offices and a solar panel roof. Structure consists of steel framing and concrete slab. Exterior enclosure consists of metal panels and window storefront. Interior finishes consist of modular FAAY panels, FORBO vinyl flooring, custom tile walls & flooring, custom carpentry fixtures, and warehouse racking.

Meijer Franklin, Indiana

Located at 2390 N Morton in Franklin, Indiana. Project consists of a new 200,000 sf Meijer Supermarket for the town of Franklin. Structure consists of steel framing. Exterior enclosure consists of aluminum windows and precast panels. Interior consists of standard grocery finishes and equipment. Project includes a new gas station, management offices, garden center, fire pump house, and full function food kitchen.
