Second level of escalation support for Carbonite. Worked with consumers and high-end businesses to diagnose advanced issues with their computers - ensuring that Volume Shadow Service was configured correctly, configuring NAS devices for access with our software, configured backups of and performed the recovery of SQL, Exchange, and Domain servers.

First level technical support agent. Duties included ensuring the proper firewall settings were configured, anti-virus was configured, and to check for conflicting software that would cause Carbonite's software to have difficulties running as intended.
