Responsible for regular patching and security updates, with Infrastructure Moves and Changes where required. Providing a primary point of contact for clients to discuss technical issues, and providing expert advice and guid-ance in order to ensure a suitable production environment depending on client requirements. Manag-ing a team of site engineers to provide onsite ‘remote hands’ to resolve hardware issues or physical moves. I have also been very proactive in transferring skills between teams, allowing those teams to increase their knowledge and confidence in order to accomplish complex support tasks.Since this position has proved to be less challenging that my previous jobs, I expanded my role to include more fulfilling tasks. I became involved in several ad-hoc projects, including managing an ex-ternal consultancy on behalf of a client in order to ensure acceptable product delivery. I performed the role of Solution Architect in order to deliver a project that our Professional Services department were unable to service. This project consisted of a migration from Windows 2003 and XP workstations to a fully co-located Citrix environment, (using VMware and HPSAN infrastructure) for 600 staff spread across 20 locations. In spite of significant challenges involving both the scope of the project and changes in customer requirements, I am happy to say that the project in question completed suc-cessfully.

The first was a multinational VPN solution for a renewable energy company. This involved designing a 12-site Active Directory domain, deploying Domain Controllers, mail servers and Cisco ASA firewalls at appropriate sites, then planning and mi-grating user data. This was all managed centrally from London and utilised 3rd party contractors for remote locations. The second was a highly available infrastructure and media library for a London based advertising company. Designed as a replacement for their existing outdated infrastructure, the whole environ-ment was migrated to VMWare servers hosted on HP and EMC hardware, resulting in a high redun-dancy Server 2008 based domain with a total of 40 Terabytes of online storage with full backup capa-bility. The third project involved a merger between two separate companies, one based in London, the oth-er in Mumbai. The project involved assessing and scoping new hardware requirements, configuring and deploying updates for the London site, then managing the migration of the Mumbai office into the London domain. This section involved travelling to Mumbai, training the onsite staff in the new tech-nologies, building appropriate servers and resources, and integrating all existing Mumbai staff into the merged domain,
