I performed the role of Solution Architect in order to deliver a project that our Professional Services department were unable to service. This project consisted of a migration from Windows 2003 and XP workstations to a fully co-located Citrix environment, (using VMware and HPSAN infrastructure) for 600 staff spread across 20 locations. In spite of significant challenges involving both the scope of the project and changes in customer requirements, I am happy to say that the project in question completed suc-cessfully.

Designed as a replacement for their existing outdated infrastructure, the whole environ-ment was migrated to VMWare servers hosted on HP and EMC hardware, resulting in a high redun-dancy Server 2008 based domain with a total of 40 Terabytes of online storage with full backup capa-bility. The third project involved a merger between two separate companies, one based in London, the oth-er in Mumbai. The project involved assessing and scoping new hardware requirements, configuring and deploying updates for the London site, then managing the migration of the Mumbai office into the London domain. This section involved travelling to Mumbai, training the onsite staff in the new tech-nologies, building appropriate servers and resources, and integrating all existing Mumbai staff into the merged domain,
