Provide leadership and management of IFF’s Southern Region operations (Missouri, Southern Illinois and Kansas), including direct management of IFF’s St. Louis office and other correspondent office relationships. Initiate and follow up with Southern Region business development; establish lending and real estate goals; and report on office impact. Develop and maintain visibility and relationships with nonprofits and relevant government, association networks, and other stakeholders. Continually document program impact, and work with nonprofit stakeholders and other IFF departments to coordinate services and provide tailored solutions to best meet the needs of the nonprofit community.
