Managed multiple studio projects from start to finish which involved pursuing the purchase orders from clients, tracking all assets, entering the assets in the database, managing required departments to fulfill the client orders, working efficiently and effectively with other project managers and reporting all findings to account directors and operational managers.Coordinated and led daily production meetings that involved the statuses of various projects which increased the organization’s operational readiness.Checked client purchase orders to ensure information was accurate and reported any discrepancies, managed client logs, and tracked and researched vaulted elements required for client purchase orders.Interacted with clients via email and phone daily, delivered important information and procedures to account directors, operation managers and internal employees.Assist clients with the finished products during client reviews, addressed customer concerns and maintained an adequate customer service level, and exceeded the standards of customer service experience by maintaining a friendly/customer focused approach.Ensured projects shipped to the replication facilities and documented project approvals while ensuring 100% accuracy.
