As CEO, I represent the organization in the local community and act on behalf of our corporate, the local Board of Trustees, assuming responsibility and accountability for the general and day-to-day operation of the organization in keeping with the Mission, Vision, guiding principles, objectives and By-Laws; applicable Acts and Regulations; Department of Health and Wellness policies, nursing and patient care standards and any other established standards of operation. As the Chief Operating Officer, my responsibilities include managing the operations of various service lines and departments throughout the acute care facility.
