Whilst I could have taken a similar leadership role in Paris, I saw this as an opportunity to travel the world with my young family prior to my eldest son starting school this September. Included 8month assignment to Stamford plant, USA as ‘Group Leader’ for the local pack group.Led development of in-store interactive "ColorScan" kiosk to help consumers choose right hair colorant at shelf, resulting in 5% category growth in US / UK test market.

Aachen, Germany

ESA/NASA sponsored research into the solidification of Superior alloys under Micro-Gravity. Directional solidification of Alu alloys under different conditions to assess effect on microstructure. Summarised the results in a final report to help justify similar testing aboard the US space shuttle.
