This F&A organization supported more than $750M in Contracts with the Dept. of State. Designed and led the Deltek Cost Point Enterprise Accounting accelerated system implementation while recruiting, hiring and training a finance and supply chain staff to support the awarded contracts. The role oversaw financial planning, analysis and reporting, vendor negotiations, development of strategic international partnerships, proposal and change order pricing, risk and compliance management, payroll and taxes, treasury and all general accounting functions.
