Sr. Fixed Income Strategist for the UBS WMA Portfolio Strategy Group. Responsible for fixed income portfolio allocations (SAA/TAA), Mutual Fund/ETF selection, Investment Manager due diligence, portfolio performance review and trade recommendations. Managed the Portfolio Analysis Group - Review Team which produced multi asset class investment portfolio reviews for clients and prospects of UBS. The primary focus was assets held away from UBS with the goal of bringing those assets to UBS. Reviewed between $4 to $6 billion of assets annually with a high conversion rate. Merrill Lynch - Private Client Fixed Income: Worked with Financial Advisors to meet client investment needs in tax free Municipal bonds. Held positions covering the Mid-Atlantic and New England Regions, National Ultra High Net Worth Desk and the New Issue Private Client Sales Desk. Also covered a variety of Taxable Fixed Income products as a result of firm wide internal group mergers and the opportunity to diversify my knowledge base.Designed and built a Fixed Income portfolio proposal/review system in Excel. Originally designed for Municipal bonds then later expanded to include various Taxable Fixed Income investment vehicles.
