DAVID R. MASSE is the Founder and CEO of AAM15 Management which focuses on investments in hospitality, apartments, and student housing. AAM15 owns and manages the multifamily and student housing investments. AAM15 also owns and manages the Turner Hill Country Club in Ipswich MA which is a private 18-hole championship golf course with a 40,000+ sq. ft. historical Mansion built in 1903 and is part of the Great Estates in the US.During the last eighteen years, David has syndicated over $400 million from high net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors for investment in over $1.7 billion of real estate across nearly every segment and asset class. Over the term of his career, David has been involved with over $3.5 billion of real estate transactions. To date, David has completed over 46 CRE investment exits with annualized net IRR’s ranging from a low of 7% to over 50%, with an average weighted IRR in excess of 20%.Prior to starting AAM15 Management, LLC, David co-founded the Panther Properties Investment Group, a private equity multifamily real estate firm that has owned and self-managed, through its affiliate Panther Properties Management, over $750,000,000 of investments including over 5,000 Class “A” apartment units in the Southeastern United States. At Panther, David developed and managed the firm’s investment plan including acquisition selection, investment underwriting, capital structuring, corporate budgeting, and investor relations.
