Responsible for canceling, diverting, or delaying a flight if in his opinion or the opinion of the pilot in command the flight cannot operate or continue to operate safely as planned or released. Responsible to ensure each flight is monitored for at least the following:• Departure of the flight from the place of origin and arrival atthe place of destination, including intermediate stops andany diversions therefrom,• Maintenance and mechanical delays encountered at placesof origin and destination and intermediate stops, and• Any known conditions that may adversely affect the safety offlight. I also took part in developing our pilot employment and pay structure for our future hiring. Worked tirelessly with the Director of Operations in providing leadership while the company went through an ownership transitional change resulting in a 95% on time performance of our schedule. During staff reductions I provided leadership in communicating and updating the companies status to all employees, both working and on furlough.
