OPP, LLC began operations in March 2016. OPP acquired Capital City Probation, Inc. from Mr. Ben Canezaro in January 2017, combined the two companies, and changed the company name from OPP, LLC to Capital City Probation, LLC. CCP provides private pre-trial and post-conviction supervision services for Louisiana courts and law and bond enforcement agencies. Services include electronic monitoring, mobile alcohol breath test devices and monitoring, finding alternatives to incarceration, consulting services to agencies regarding reducing costs of incarceration, mitigation packages, and linking those whom CCP supervises with drug, alcohol, domestic abuse, behavioral modification, and mental health counseling services, employment services, and community service locations.
