National Indirect Sales and new hire training manager. I was the director of a team of 20 trainers across the US. I answered directly to the Vise President of Sales at T-Mobile. I created and implemented training programs as well as oversaw the role out and implementation of new product and systems training.

Training New Hire associates

I Was a Universal Corporate New Hire Manager. I was tasked with training all new hire staff for the Indirect Agent sales Business Unit. I logged over 1 million miles in plane travel traveling from City to city and T-Mobile locations.
