Managed the relationship between the City and the contractors to ensure successful implementation of the Cities 4.3MM investment. Responsible for oversight of multiple sub-contractors during the retrofitting of the cities equipment, including dozens of HVAC systems, chilled water system improvements, retrofit hundreds of lights to LED, replace dozens of existing plumbing fixtures with low water use fixtures, improve the envelope of several key buildings and upgrade the cities building management system.
