Hired an industrial mechanic to review all mechanical systems for proper performance and efficiency resulting in numerous discoveries and corrections of malfunctioning mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.Negotiated new contract for biomedical engineering services changing the focus from semi-annual reviews to monthly reviews and reduced "could not locate" errors by 40% within the first 5-months.Construction Coordinator - January 2005 through January 2007Performed duties as the owner's representative on a daily basis with the general contractor and sub contractors for construction of a 99 bed replacement hospital.Consulted daily with contractors maintaining a full-time presence on the site in a portable building.Monitored all budget items for the project and made monthly reports to the Board of Directors Finance Committee.Performed daily negotiations with the contractor and hospital department managers on equipment selections and standardization of layout and service utilities.
