• Responsible for the delivery of time sensitive internal and external reporting• Assisted the Operations Manager with contingency and readiness planning• Responsible for ensuring Switch Operators were educated and complied with all Operations procedures and best practices.• Responsible for creating, updating and improving procedures required to be performed by Operations staff.• Monitoring, troubleshooting and escalating issues with the POSH ATM and POS environment.
