CFO: Responsible for all financial functions for the Stabilus Vibration and Velocity Control ("SBV") Business Unit. The SBV Business Unit is a $130m international business unit within Stabilus. Providing leadership and support for monthly financial and operational analysis, budgeting and forecasting, working capital management, treasury and tax functions, IT, and internal control compliance. The SBV Business Unit consists of 5 manufacturing plants in the US, Germany, and China and 3 distribution facilities with assembly, test and sales capabilities in Germany, UK, and Japan.NAFTA Regional Head: Complete profit, loss and operational responsibility for the SBV NAFTA Region including 3 manufacturing plants in the US with revenue of $65m and 210 employees.General Manager ACE Controls: Responsible for day to day site functions for the SBV manufacturing plant in Michigan with $40m in revenue and 135 employees.

Providing support and leadership for monthly financial and operational analysis, budgeting and forecasting, working capital management and internal control compliance during period of significant organic growth and via acquisitions. The Group consisted of 7 manufacturing plants in the US, Germany, and China and 6 distribution facilities with assembly, test and sales capabilities in Germany, UK, Netherlands, and Japan.-Motion Control Activities: Doubled the size of the Motion Control Business during 2011-2015 time period via 3 acquisitions and consistent organic growth. -Demonstrated hands-on management style in the integration of acquisitions including identification of target, presenting business case to Board of Directors, negotiation of final purchase price, pre and post-merger activities including final working capital and net debt reviews. -After SKF Parent company determined the assets to be non-core in 2015, facilitated the sale of the business to Stabilus in June 2016. Divestiture activities included partnering with Investment Bank to create and present management presentations and all seller due diligence efforts with prospective buyers.-Filtration Activities: Returned Filtration business to profitability after detailed review of business, organizational assessment, and right-sizing activities. Served as day to day site Controller for 3 month period during transition of new management team.-After SKF Parent company determined the assets to be non-core in 2014, facilitated the sale of the business to a private firm in June 2015. Divestiture activities included partnering with Investment Bank to create and present management presentations and all seller due diligence efforts with prospective buyers.

Reported directly to the Audit Committee and administratively to the CFO. Responsible for all internal audit activities for Kaydon's global entities in the US, Mexico, Europe, China, and Japan comprising $500m in sales. Kaydon was a public company listed on the NYSE until October 2013 when they were sold to the SKF Group. -Built Internal Audit Department and led executive management team implementation during the initial Sarbanes-Oxley internal control compliance initiative in 2004.-Provided leadership, structure, and discipline to the audit function by developing a formalized annual Risk Assessment Model used to effectively allocate audit resources.-Coordinated a cross-functional executive leadership team to implement a Company-wide enterprise risk management ("ERM") program improving risk identification, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting. The ERM process and new procedures implemented also enhanced the Audit Committee's oversight of risk and improved overall corporate governance.-Lowered external audit fees by 25% through performance of critical process walk-throughs and completion of other key audit processes that could be relied upon by external audit team.-Led fraud investigation identifying $500k of inapropriate payment activity.

Responsible for all accounting, financial consolidations, SEC financial reporting, and analysis for Kaydon, a $500m publicly traded Company.-Prepared all required quarterly and annual SEC external financial reports and was the main liaison with external auditors.-Drafted Company press releases, analyst conference call scripts, investor presentations, and prepared supporting documentation for investor relations calls and conferences. (Kaydon did not have an Investor Relations department).-Led a cross-functional team during implementation of a new Company-wide consolidation system completing project on time and within budget. New system provided improved efficiency in the close process by reducing manual input and lowering days spent on the consolidation by 33%.-Mergers and acquisition experience included financial modeling, due diligence, pre and post-closing integration, and negotiation of final purchase price.
