We work with clients both online and in person, ranging from performance, rehabilitation, and weight loss/strength training. Did social media posts including the videography to post production editing. Warmed up and helped coach clients throughout his sessions. Built referral programs and advertising tips to increase revenue.

Personal Training has always been something I wanted to do ever since I started lifting back in High School. My love and passion for fitness has only gotten stronger over the years and I want to share that with others. Working as a member service representative has been a great experience. I've learned so much about costumer service and how to please the costumer while helping the club thrive. It's more than just about selling memberships we're trying to build a community that is up lifting and friendly. We try to make sure everyone is accommodated and love to hear feedback to make it a better experience!
