Requirements Engineering Management- Review customer requirements and negotiate agreements on technical system requirements- Identify, develop, and review technical system, hardware and software requirements- Allocate requirements to the appropriate functions according to the System Architecture Design- Organize the requirements structure in an appropriate REM tool- Manage requirement traceabilitySystem Architectural Design- Define a system architecture consistent with the technical requirements- Identify functions and elements required to achieve the use case(s)- Formalize these through different SYSml diagrams, at different abstraction levels, from vehicle to component- Capture the system architecture, both model and document-based- Create a system FMEA to analyze the systemOrganizational Collaboration- Work with system safety to develop safety concepts in order to achieve required functional safety- Interact with product platform (advanced development) team(s) to understand internal architecture inputs/constraints and to leverage reuse

Support requirements updates due to new feature development or improvements.Perform reviews with system, hardware, software, and functional safety team members to ensure correct specification of the system and design requirements.Perform consistency checks for traceability between requirements and other work products, such as upstream requirements and architecture.Standardize terms, definitions, and parameters used in requirements to promote clear requirements and reuse.Work with hardware and software as needed to specify attribute values and traceability for parameters.All requirements-related activities require competency with the codeBeamer tool.Support system design and analysis using the Enterprise Architect tool.Support script development and troubleshooting for system architecture reuse activities.Create training presentations on requirements and architecture-related topics based on experience, to support knowledge transfer and retention within the RCS platform team.
