David’s experience in Property Management experience started in 1999 with the management of an 856-unit garden-style asset in Arlington VA for Equity Residential. Since then, David had the pleasure of managing all types of assets from Tax Credit to Trophy luxury communities that lease for more than $30k per month. With over eight thousand units under his belt including over one million square feet of retail, regional, national, and internal award-winning assets, he provides an abundance of unique and well-rounded experience that is rare in this industry.Some of David’s most notable moments have been appearing on NBC and ABC News and being interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, speaking to DC’s luxury market. opening two of DC’s largest multifamily assets, which totaled ten city blocks. David was honored by the Cherry Blossom Committee twice by asking him to provide opening remarks to the Cherry Blossom media kick-off events, introducing the Cherry Blossom Committee Chair Woman and DC Mayor. David has had the pleasure of providing housing to all walks of life, from subsidized housing occupants to CEOs and CFOs of Fortune 500 companies, to professional athletes, Ambassadors, and his favorite Real Estate Developers.David attributes his successes to being able to choose the right people to surround himself with.
