I am known as a jack of all trades but a master of none. I can build just about everything for a house. rebuild just about any car. My focus in college is in Business Management and Administration. In my own personal accomplishments, I have owned my own business for many years as a small side business doing property maintenance until I passed my Real-Estate course in Fall of 2018 then I had invested to shift everything to Property Management. (However, some medical issues arose and before I was healthy enough that I could take the test for the state license the lock-down happened. In 2020 when COVID-19 hit the lock-down bankrupted the company and I ran out of time to take the exam). On the tech side I have taken classes in Business Information Systems (which includes all of microsoft Office). I have written webpages in HTML, CSS3, and Wix. I have some minimal experience with python, I've used even AutoCAD briefly. I'm currently learning Data Analytics to open the opportunity for legitimate remote work. On my free time I'm learning about social media platforms and streaming. I love Photography and my goal is to land a career where I can make enough money to live comfortably on a couple acres of land and be able to travel. I would prefer real estate investment but I'm not sure how to get into that.
