I am a site concrete & site masonry estimator for a construction company working in the Los Angeles / Ventura County area. In this role I am fully responsible for the projects that are assigned to me from beginning to end.With my present employer I have been the youngest estimator hired in the company's history. I have been the fastest to climb the position ladder as well. I have a well-deserved reputation for meeting project deadlines on time and within budget. I have successfully managed existing company relationships and successfully created new ones.My background in Estimating & Project Management includes working with General Contractors, Sub Contractors. I download and review plans, do take-offs (E-takeoff) on our specific trade, issue RFI's as needed for any issues that the plans may have, run estimates (Sage Estimating) and create spreadsheet breakdowns (Microsoft Excel) on the costs to complete the specific project. I negotiate pricing to work with our clients' budget as needed to still maintain a profit. I import budgets to keep track of costs and oversee the project (Foundation). During the duration of the project I review any plan or field changes and issue any change orders as needed to keep the project ongoing smoothly.I am very passionate about my work and truly enjoy all aspects of the Construction world.
