• Reviews reconciliation packages provided by the Proof Owner to ensure: Adequate reporting, correct account’s attributes, right proofing and proper escalations.• Attest to the status of the reconciliation and compliance based on internal guidelines.• Support Proof Owners with their accounts and follow up them, along supervisors with Operational Errors/Management Attention Required items to ensure there is a performance’s improvement throughout employees’ career.• Provide training to Proof Owners/Checkers, according to the needs.• Lead checker’s team from NAM region, which includes: Balance workloads between checkers to ensure review is completed on time, management’s communications are passed over to peers on time, assist peers with their inquiries/cases when required and finally, run independent process to have checker’s files created/fed during the cycle (maintenance).• Support Proof Owner’s team.

• Proof Ownership and Reconciliation for Balance Sheet accounts according internal guidelines.• Perform reporting and provide support to Internal/External Audits, BSS GPOs and to the BSSG with their requirements.• Actively participate on the eRecon Cycle post-mortem meeting reviews in terms of: Aging open Items inside Accounts, Red Accounts, Items at Risk and supporting documentation’s improvements.

• Reconcile general ledger accounts (cash, AR, AP, accruals, liabilities, and so on).• Book Journal Entries.• Payroll Accounting.• Accounting for financed sales of spectrum pumps.• Calculate and send royalties in a quarterly basis.• Follow up on employee’s stock grants and related taxes. • Perform Financial Statements’ packages and analyse account’s variances in a monthly and quarterly basis (US, Canada and LATAM).• Perform Canada statistics in a quarterly basis: Survey of Financial Statements. • Complete year-end Corporate Financial reporting / Schedules. • Perform and deliver Financial Reports to countries.• Miscellaneous invoicing for Mexico/Canada.• Support ERP implementation (Mexico, Venezuela and Puerto Rico).

• Make proper research for all returned paper checks received at Baxter.• Follow up on void's requests and change’s notifications. • Review bank’s reports in a daily basis and follow up rejected EFT’s. • Follow up on any issue related to AP and Cash (out of balance). • Due Diligence Account process related to the outstanding checks (Journal entries, reconciliations and follow up with vendors).• Withholding Account Reconciliation (foreign vendors).
