Project Managed an implementation of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) on behalf of a Food Importer and Retailer of dried nuts and fruits mainly from the Middle East. The project involves implementing the WMS system for their central warehouse in Shah Alam. The project went live in mid-April 2021. The project also involved the use of handheld terminals to completely automate the warehouse operations.

To provide leadership, direction and overall responsible for Sapura Energy’s Group Information Technology (GIT) organization which includes the head office here in Kuala Lumpur, Global Offices, Logistic Bases, Fabrication Yards and the company’s Vessels & Rigs.ii. The organisation achieved CMMI level 5 certification in July 2005, the first Malaysian organisation to achieve this prestigious certification. The Kompakar group is also the first Malaysian IT company to archive ISO certification in 1992. I was responsible for the overall management and operations of Kompakar eBiz.The company had two core businesses i.e. Software Development Centre and the other is supporting a comprehensive range of Business Solutions. The Software Development Centre has about 40 software developers who are mainly involved in developing software in either Java or .NET platform. We completed a number software development, migration and implementation projects in Malaysia. As for the Business Solutions, the company dealt with various software applications including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Financial, Asset Management for both Enterprise Assets and IT Assets, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), eProcurement, eRFP, Lab Management and Project Management solutions. Some of these solutions are the company’s own in-house developed solutions while others are 3rd party applications.
