As a Customer Operations Analyst at Lloyds Bank International, I provide a high level of support to customers and mortgage arrangers, drawing on my in-depth knowledge of both products and internal processes. I have also completed my Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) from the London Institute of Banking & Finance, demonstrating my commitment to professional development and career progression in the financial sector.In my current role, I have been involved in processing new applications, preparing and processing the drawdown of mortgages, and proposing ideas to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the procedures. I have also developed my skills in customer onboarding, customer engagement, and Microsoft Power Automate, enabling me to deliver excellent service and outcomes for the bank and its clients. My goal is to leverage my expertise in mortgage and KYC processing, and my passion for customer service, to advance to a Financial Advisor role in the future.
