Manage the Sales and Operations function for Lafarge's Special Projects Group. Track major project development; Perform cost estimates and logistic analysis in order to quote pricing utilizing a fleet of portable concrete plants; manage customer relations. Area covered is from Manitoba / Ontario border to Newfoundland & Labrador.

Responsible for Management of all Ready Mix and Aggregate operations in Northern Ontario for Lafarge. Included 10 ready mix plants, 3 aggregate properties, and 1 cement terminal. Functions included but not limited to Budgeting & Forecasting, Labour Relations, Operations and Maintenance, Financial Accountability, Personnel Management & Development, Product Quality, etc. Achieved 5 consecutive years of increased COI, year over year during tenure in this position

Manager responsible for all Lafarge business units in North-western Ontario. Included 4 permanent asphalt plants, 2 mobile asphalt plants, 3 ready mix plants, 6 aggregate operations, 2 portable crushers, and a dock facility in Thunder Bay. Functions included but not limited to Budgeting & Forecasting, Labour Relations, Operations and Maintenance, Financial Accountability, Personnel Management & Development, Product Quality, Scheduling, etc.
