As a father to three boys, I have extra incentive to exemplify the values of hard work, problem solving, and sacrifice. I am proud to support my family, and grateful for the opportunity to do so. Since I am not only working for myself, or my employer, but also for my kids, I am even more committed to performing at the absolute highest level possible. Throughout my career I have been successful in many different roles, and while holding myself and others accountable.During my time serving in Iraq, I began to recognize my own talent at directing others, since this was an essential part of my performance, and could make a life or death difference. Being a combat veteran is something that I take great pride in and something that taught me, as a young adult, what is really at stake. Throughout more than ten years with my current employer, I have worked in sales, luxury product sales, supervisory roles in every in store department, multiple managerial roles, and I now work directly with District Staff to manage a diverse and remote workforce. I am currently responsible for responding to both customer facing challenges and resolving them, as well as guiding my Technicians in the moment, providing them with coaching, training, and skill improvement. I am consistently successful in maintaining a thriving and highly ranked team, who have also consistently given positive feedback on my leadership.
