I was responsible for leading organized teams winning over $2.3 billion in new contracts in the higher education, life science, commercial interior, financial, healthcare, retail, industrial, cultural and senior living industries. I have managed public/private pursuits in NJ, PA, DE, MA, NY, CT, RI, NH and VT. The RFQ/RFP submissions included preconstruction, construction management, general contracting and design-build service opportunities ranging from $50K—$350M. Smaller pursuits included boiler plate materials for high-volume turnover, whereas larger pursuits were handled with custom responses. Throughout my experience, I have reported directly to owners/senior management and worked either individually or in groups. All proposals were created utilizing Adobe InDesign, followed with digital copies for archiving. Other responsibilities included the creation of all marketing material, start-to-finish proposal production efforts, presentation preparation/delivery, business development, quality control, brand consistency and more.
