I am an experienced and energetic leader with a track record of delivering strong results, building lasting capabilities and delivery excellence through a dedicated focus on people and culture. My belief is that in order to create differentiation, diversity in people and thought is critical to long term success and I have sought to create this in the roles I have had in my career. In working for Commonwealth Bank, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Policy Management Systems over a 25 year career, I have developed a combination of strategic, technical and business experience that would allow me to excel in a number of different roles. I have expertise and experience in both Banking and Insurance, with deep expertise in Payments & Deposits, Lending and Life Insurance that I have used to grow businesses and develop innovative solutions for customers in the organisations I have worked in.
