PLC Systems | HMI | I am taught and will have a set of technical skills to design and configure PLC systems and HMI within the automation field, utilizing PLC language (Siemens TIA) and network communication to enhance automation systems. Additionally, I am taught to sequential program, configuring and scaling I/O signals on PLC systems, and using simulation software for testing. Process Regulation | Machinery Safety |In addition, I am taught in assessing practical issues in mechanical and physical modeling, handling visualization and simulation tools, and selecting appropriate control principles. I can apply suitable methods for the commissioning and optimization of control loops, and conduct risk and safety assessments for machinery, specifying components for safety-critical aspects to ensure compliance with technical standards.Robot Programming | Robot Systems |I am taught in developing and communicating technical documentation that describes the program code for a cell, participating in the development of cells that involve programming, and specifying and selecting components and units for systems involving robots. I am also taught to conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and prepare for Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), program robots, facilitate communication between robots and systems, work with servomotors and motion control, and implement vision systems for robots. Project Managment |I am taught to build project organizations using modern theories and methods, and I employ relevant tools for planning, organizing, managing, and executing projects while efficiently utilizing resources. Through the application of relevant theories in communication and decision-making processes, I ensure proper coordination and clear communication between all project stakeholders. I also conduct reviews of my work to quality-assure that projects or development tasks meet the necessary standards.
