Retired from active service in 2008Currently Civil Servant working as a Video Conference Administrator. His facilities currently are the highest rated VTC sites for customer service in the Dept. of Army as well maintains 72 other conferencing sites for tech support.He is interested in working more directly supervising personnel as opposed to customer service or public speaking.
