My purpose in product design is to create solutions that help individual users to do their work better while at the same time liberating the value they create and surfacing it to their clients. I've created and launched new elements of existing product sets and taken entirely new products from initial concept generation and validation through to commercial launch. As a former practising solicitor, I've focused on legal tech product development, but I believe that placing the flesh and blood human being who you intend to help serve at the heart of product design is the key to the elegant solution of complex problems.
