Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy for Major Accounts toachieve set performance targets and objectives. Manage other programs as required including IYCP and fee for serviceofferings. Identify, target and develop business relationships that are aligned with thestrategy of the region and support the delivery of employment solutions inthe local area. Leverage off these relationships to sell MA services as the solution to meetthe needs of both employers and job seekers. Identify potential local risks, and/or opportunities for the service andanticipate the impact of social, political and financial dynamics on business. Execute national sales and account management strategies within the localregion.Oversee the functioning of each program to ensure the effectiveness ofservice to both job seekers and employers including adherence to relevantguidelines, procedures (both internal and external), managing against budgetand achievement of program goals/outcomes. In conjunction with the national program team, monitor and evaluateoutcomes to assess effectiveness of the services provided and implementsubsequent improvement programs to ensure on-going effectiveness. Establish and maintain working relationship between the IYCP, IEP, MajorAccounts and other program teams that allows for effective and efficientsharing of information throughout the service.
